Terms of Service (Updated April 2026)

The London Sex Coach and Matt Valentine-Chase operate as an independent practitioner under common law. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Summary (The "Quick Version")

Confidentiality: Your privacy is my priority. I only share info with your consent or if legally required for safety.
Bookings: Payments are due in advance (no later than 72 hours before your session).
Cancellations: I require 72 hours' notice. Late cancellations or "no-shows" are charged at the full session rate.
Packages: 'The Vault' and associated packages/courses are non-refundable once booked an dpaid for.
Suitability: Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric advice. I reserve the right to refer you to other professionals if coaching is not appropriate for your needs.

2. Detailed Terms & Conditions

Confidentiality & Safeguarding

All sessions are confidential. However, I am legally/ethically obliged to break confidentiality if there is a risk of:

Harm to yourself or others (including children or vulnerable adults).
Terrorism, drug trafficking, or human trafficking.
Acute medical or mental health crises (e.g., psychosis) where emergency intervention is required.

Professional Liaison & Reports

If you require a progress report for a GP or consultant, I require your written consent via a Disclosure Consent Form. I will share the draft with you before sending. Note: A fee may apply for report writing.

Data & Therapy Notes

To protect your privacy, notes are often brief, coded, and stored securely (frequently offline). I may choose not to take notes on highly sensitive material to ensure your maximum protection. All data is handled in accordance with Common Law duties of confidentiality.

Online Booking, Payments, Communications

Discretion: Online bookings trigger automated emails/texts. For maximum discretion, please book via phone at 07716232865.
When booked online, you will receive sporadic marketing from time to time, but it is rare. To opt out either book direct (as above) or write in your booking message 'opt out of marketing'.
Billing: Statements will show as TICConsultancy or Matt Valentine-Chase.
Payment: Sessions must be paid 72 hours in advance. Unpaid slots are automatically cancelled.
Membership: As a Private Member Association, your fee covers access to services; use of any suggested tools or natural remedies is at your own risk and choice.

Packages & Refunds

Packages: Valid for 12 months. No refunds are provided if therapy is interrupted or discontinued by the client.
Refund Policy: If I determine coaching is inappropriate for you before work begins, I will refund 98% of your fee (2% is retained for transaction processing).

Cancellations & Attendance

The 72-Hour Rule: Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice—or "no-shows"—forfeit the full fee.
Lateness: I will wait 15 minutes for you to connect/arrive. After 15 minutes, the session is considered a "no-show." If you arrive within the 15-minute window, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

Professional Boundaries

Scope of Practice: I am not a replacement for medical, legal, or psychiatric professionals.
Dual Therapy: I generally do not work with clients currently seeing another therapist for the same issues. Please disclose any ongoing treatments.
Contact: Communication between sessions is for administrative emergencies only. I do not provide an out-of-hours crisis service.

3. The Vault: Deep-Dive Membership

The Vault is an evolving, premium membership experience being progressively introduced throughout 2026. By joining, you become part of a dynamic developmental space, and your booking acknowledges the following:

Continuous Evolution: The Vault is a living resource. New services, digital assets, and exclusive membership tools are continually being integrated. Your membership grants you ongoing access to these updates as they launch, so long as your specific fee/tier includes this.
Membership Commitments: By booking "The Vault," you agree to the complete Terms of Service alongside specific member commitments designed to protect the integrity of this deep-dive work.
Orientation: The specific nuances of your membership, including how to navigate the evolving resources, will be detailed during your first session and outlined in your pre-session clarifier.

The Coaching Approach

Sex Coaching may not always be the primary focus. I reserve the right to use non-sex-specific therapeutic approaches if underlying emotional or psychological issues are identified as the priority.

I am a qualified independent practitioner with over two decades of experience. As such, I have established this Charter of Care as my personal commitment to you—an ethical framework that ensures our work remains safe, professional, and transformative.

The Individual First: I treat every client as a unique individual, honoring your autonomy and your right to lead your own decision-making process.
Expert by Experience: My practice is informed by both extensive professional training and direct lived experience. I am committed to radical honesty regarding the scope of my skills and will only work within my areas of genuine competence.
Holistic Growth: I am dedicated to alleviating distress and enhancing your wellbeing through creative, soulful, and neuro-informed practices tailored to your specific needs.

2. Safety and Boundaries

Hands-Off Practice: My sex coaching is strictly "hands-off." I maintain rigorous professional boundaries to ensure a safe, non-exploitative, and clinical therapeutic space.
Zero Physical Contact: I do not engage in sexual relationships or any form of inappropriate physical contact with clients. This boundary is absolute and exists for your protection and the integrity of the work.
Professional Protection: For your peace of mind, I maintain comprehensive Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance, specifically tailored for independent coaches and alternative practitioners.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy

Data Security: Your personal information is protected and stored in full accordance with GDPR and common law duties. I will never disclose your details without your explicit consent, except where required by law for immediate safety reasons.
Safe Environments: Whether our sessions take place online or in person, I ensure a secure, private environment where you can speak freely without fear of being overheard or interrupted.

4. Transparency and Accountability

Clear Contracting: Before we begin, you will always receive a clear statement of my terms, fees, and the nature of the work to ensure there are no surprises.
Informed Consent: I ensure you fully understand the "Alchemical" or "Sex Coaching" methods being used so you can make an empowered, informed choice to participate in every stage of the process.
Feedback & Concerns: I welcome open dialogue and constructive feedback. If you have a concern about our work together, I am committed to addressing it directly, honestly, and with the utmost respect.
